A stripping die is a tool used to remove the surface insulation layer of wires, cables, and other items. It mainly consists of two parts: the stripping area and the interface area.

1. Stripping Area

The stripping area is the main part of the die, typically composed of multiple insulation removal grooves and guide grooves. It is used to remove the insulation layer of wires, cables, and other items. The design of the stripping area must be able to accommodate insulation layers of different sizes, materials, and shapes, while also considering the cutting depth and precision to ensure optimal stripping results.

2. Interface Area

The interface area connects the stripping area and the die base. It is used to adjust the depth, angle, and pressure parameters of the stripping die to accommodate items of different sizes and shapes. The structural design of the interface area should allow for easy and quick replacement of different types of stripping dies.
